OSCR

Space2face is a registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) and as such is regulated by OSCR, the Scottish Charity Regulator. Our charitable objects are: 

 

• ‘to advance the use of the arts within restorative practices in Shetland, nationally and internationally.

• to enable persons harmed and persons responsible for causing harm to become involved in restorative solutions for situations of conflict or harm that have affected them.

• to promote restorative practices using the arts as a method of conflict resolution.

• to provide restorative awareness training using the arts and creative approaches in Shetland, nationally and internationally.’

Restorative Justice Council

Our Director-Practitioner and Consultant are registered Restorative Practitioners with the Restorative Justice Council in the UK and operate within their best practice guidelines which may be viewed here.

Scottish Government

As a restorative practices organisation in Scotland, Space2face also operates within the Scottish Government Guidelines for the Delivery of Restorative Justice, which may be accessed here.
