About the Event
As a nature-lover and food enthusiast, Laurie has worked in community gardens and farms in a therapeutic way. She is inspired to help others improve their wellbeing through nature and food. Now she is training as a health and nutrition coach in order to enhance her work. She can see a beneficial role for health coaching in a globalised world, where being healthy can be challenging and messages confusing.
Laurie is keen to work with people who feel they need support in building a healthier lifestyle and to improve their self-love and self-esteem. She is still building up her practice, only taking on clients who are willing to work with her whilst she is in training. Laurie has very kindly put together a free, first come, first served, package in aid of Space2face Shetland. Read the full deatls below and use the RSVP link on this page to register for her Introduction Evening to find out more.
