Creative Anger Management Course

Help or Harm? A Creative Anger Management Course is an eight session course using the arts and creativity to gain a better understanding of our feelings, particularly anger. Designed by Clair Aldington and musician Kate Garrett in conjunction with two clinical psychologists, the course enables the discovery of tools which can be used to help us manage our feelings rather than being controlled by them. This can be run as a course for individuals or for a maximum of 6 participants. 

 

This is a useful course for anyone who wishes to manage their anger more effectively, but it may also be used as a preparatory course, prior to participation in a Restorative Justice process, for participants who consider their offending behaviour may be related to anger issues.
